Booking Terms

Securing Your Child's Sparkle

We make booking easy for busy families! To schedule an appointment for kids and teens braiding, simply use our online booking portal or give us a call at 240-829-8950. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your specialist's time and ensure every child gets the attention they deserve.

Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so your child can settle in comfortably. We understand that life with kids can be unpredictable, but to stay on schedule for all our little clients, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled, which may result in a late fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to move your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will unfortunately forfeit the booking deposit. We allow one rescheduling per appointment if requested within the appropriate timeframe.

These booking terms are designed to help our salon run smoothly for everyone. Please note that all deposits and fees mentioned here are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy found on this page. By booking with us, you agree to these friendly salon rules.
