By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy and all related terms and conditions.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
• During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination.
• Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after processing.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
• Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided (if available).
• It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure proper delivery.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• Kids and Teens Braiding Center is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Kids and Teens Braiding Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
• Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims or locate packages.
• We will assist with basic tracking information when possible.

8. Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
• We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
• Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

9. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final on hair accessories and tools.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

10. Local Pickup (If Applicable)

• If local pickup is offered, customers will be notified when their order is ready.
• Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe or may be canceled without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kids and Teens Braiding Center is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers. All shipping services are provided by independent carriers, and their policies apply once the package is in their possession.
